{"id":390,"date":"2011-04-25T17:41:35","date_gmt":"2011-04-25T17:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/marieman.com\/blog\/?p=390"},"modified":"2011-07-16T18:24:00","modified_gmt":"2011-07-16T18:24:00","slug":"south-wales-coast-of-legends","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marieman.com\/blog\/2011\/04\/south-wales-coast-of-legends\/","title":{"rendered":"South Wales Coast: Of Legends"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Of Legends, South Wales fashion photography\" src=\"http:\/\/farm7.static.flickr.com\/6004\/5943576512_67f968f3af_o.jpg\" alt=\"Of Legends, South Wales fashion photography\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;d been bedridden for months following my operation and feeling glum when the awesome Angi Nelson (well known for her amphibian and reptile photography <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reptilephotographer.co.uk\/\">http:\/\/www.reptilephotographer.co.uk\/<\/a>) invited me to Wales last weekend.\u00a0 Not yet able to drive,\u00a0 Martin Gillman (<a href=\"http:\/\/martingillman.co.uk\/\">http:\/\/martingillman.co.uk\/<\/a>) gave me a lift and away we went.<\/p>\n<p>The destination was stunning with sweeping cliff faces and dramatic fissures on the rocky flats. It took some time to get down the cliff and across the rocks on my crutches, but eventually I made it and it was totally worthwhile. Although it had been some time, it felt natural to have my camera back in my hands and as soon as the models arrived, we started shooting! It was so good to get back to photography after being stuck in one room for months.<\/p>\n<p>This was my first shoot with budding actress, Marley Hamilton (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.modelmayhem.com\/1777728\">http:\/\/www.modelmayhem.com\/1777728<\/a>).
